- How does the free trial work?
- You get full access to all features in your selected plan for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be paused.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate accordingly.
- Do tenants need to create an account?
- No. Tenants can browse your storefront, reserve a unit, and sign their lease without creating an account. They'll receive email notifications for payments and lease updates.
- What kind of support do you offer?
- All plans include email support. Growth and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated account manager.
